No,this is car only.Transmitter,Receiver,Servo,Battery,Battery Charger,and ESC,are all sold separately.

The description mentions electronic speed controller- is this included?

The Hornet I received only came with a motor. No speed control, radio, or steering servo so you will have to purchase to run. The body is also clear so you will need lexan paint.
