I loved this pie dish the moment I took it out of the packaging. I loved it even more as I was eating the raspberry rhubarb pie that my boyfriend baked for me in it. He bakes a lot of pies and said that this is by far his favourite pie dish as he can fit a whole extra cup of filling into the plate since it's quite deep. It also bakes evenly, which some pie dishes do not. I see us having this dish for many years to come and would not hesitate to recommend this dish to a friend.

This perfect sized, elegant looking baking dish arrived just on time to make a beautiful hot pie on a cold day.The dish was just the right size and presented beautifully when the baking was done.

My grandmother was an avid pie maker, and I'd like to continue her tradition. I've been using Pyrex pie plates for years, and read in a book that ceramic, clay or porcelain would yield better results. This plate bakes a beautiful crust that is cooked through and not too dry. Excellent brand and product!
