Maximum psi? bar? anything?

we are running it on a 80psi system, no leaks or issues, not one defective in my lot :)

So th stem plug. i seen the other answer and i am confused lol. does the stem plug into a quick connect? like is it the size of the hose?

The plug fits into a quick connect but for most purposes is meant for additions to ro system for example adding a permeate pump which I used in my filter system.

Can this be used on aquasona water system?

if your system is using 1/4" od tubing or hose, it will be ok

Do they make these in like stainless steel, brass, or nickel (anything other then plastic)?im looking to use it for a pneumatic applcation unde my car

yes, but in lesser variety as they come with more difficulties to make them properly seal
