Could someone that knows what they're talking about please tell me how much this shower weights pounds please?

The specs should be on the website but I believe it is 15lbs

Can this be mounted using only one of the roof cross bar(using proper l bracket or attachment hardware necessary)?

You could mount it with only one bracket on one crossbar, but even if you centered it perfectly it would be a poor method of attachment. Any time you opened it the bracket would want to twist, it is only 1/4 " by 1-1/8" wide. Also if you needed to stake the outer ends down it would want to move with the tension. I would not recommend mounting it that way.
