will these fit most LT without needing a lift?

Can't answer that question. What truck, what year, 4wd or 2wd, what weight rating, etc, etc? These fit my '05 2500 HD 4wd with a 2 inch lift. They won't fit on my '15 Silverado 1500 4wd at stock height.

Will these fit Ford F-150 Xlt 2wd 2013 with original wheel (17”)

Without trimming, you may need to get a leveling kit for the front.
