Q: Tried several times and the frappe ends up like a liquid weak shake. It blends the ice to the point of non-existence . What am I doing wrong?

I’ve found with if you use crushed ice it’s thinner . Try using whole cubes . Also are you pushing button once and leaving it alone til it cuts off by it’s self .

Q: Cleaning blender pitcher water gets stuck..can it be taken apart

Note that the blender base is not removable. To thoroughly clean the blender assembly, you can place the entire blender jug on the top rack of the dishwasher.

Good afternoon, of course you must add the ingredient you want at the end and stir by hand.

Q: What does it mean if the on off button blinking white?

That is normal. After you turn it on, it is waiting for you to choose the type of coffee drink you want to make, frape, regular coffee, iced coffee. The on/off button always blinks.
