Material is soft but absorbent. My son will sleep on it.

Washable?
I used this for an elderly aunt. She had an accident on it and I have washed and sprayed this pad 4 times and have not been able to get the smell out. This was certainly not worth the money for a one time use.

dose not stay on sheets moves around don t buy it false statement from amazon
its crap dosen t do what they say dose not stay in one spot dont but it i would send it back but they used it all ready , will look some where esle for a better one

This product is not as great as stated. Although I have not experienced it for waterproof, it is really thin and not very good quality wise. It does NOT stay in place as stated. The "rubber" things on the back don't do anything including not holding it in place.
