Q: What is the seat height?

Average chair height. I’m 5’2” and my feet touch the floor.

Q: How do i contact the seller? i was supposed to receive my order on 5/29/20. ups label created but not picked up at facility.

We are in the same situation. Chairs ordered November 5th, delivery was stated as NLT November 25th. UPS Tracking number was provided by Amazon and when used with UPS site it shows a label was created on 11/18/2020, but nothing further. Has anyone received the chairs recently??

Same issue! I talked with Amazon and they offered to send a replacement. It says they will be here next week, but still hasn’t been received by ups.
