Bought this for a neighbour who is 65 and just wanted a basic PC for emails, streaming films, facebook etc....I was a bit wary of buying a refurbished PC, but based on that most reviews were positive, i thought i would give it a go.Firstly, the delivery was A+. Received a text the morning of the delivery, stating the name of the driver and the hourly slot it would be delivered in. This happened exactly as stated.The item was very securely packaged. It came in a very sturdy cardboard box and all the items within were individually packaged. The vast majority of the packaging can be recycled, so that is a plus for me.The PC and monitor were the brand as advertised, clean and no obvious marks, scratches that i could see. The keyboard and mouse were a basic generic brand, but in full working order.It also came with a brand new wireless dongle, that worked immediately with no problems.The set up was really easy. Took me about ten minutes.Once i turned everything on, it fired up immediately. I had to go through a basic Microsoft set up, but even if you are new to this, it prompts you what to do.I than ran a security check(which was fine). I downloaded and installed any outstanding Windows updates. Then my neighbour was good to go, with whatever he wanted to do.He has been using it now for four days and there have been no problems whatsoever.He is very happy with it and the price.I would recommend it for anyone who wants a complete set up for a really good price, with a twelve month guarantee.They even send you a pack of sweets to say thank you for ordering. I ate them myself as wages lol :)

This product is superb. I see a few negative reviews which were from a long while ago now, but I also see loads of the positive ones too - I was a little bit hesitant but thought I’d give it a go. Seen a review that it was possible to return the item too so if it did have any faults I could return it back. I took the chance to find to my knowledge this is a great product especially with value for money. I know there’s a few complaints on here about some minor scratches or some slight damages, but what do you expect with a refurbished product? However, mine was perfect. I didn’t find any scratches or dents or nothing. The monitor that came with it was great! (I know the picture shows two monitors the ASUS one is my monitor). It also made it easy for me to plug in another screen as the monitor they provided has a VGA port only, and my monitor is HDMI port, so I have them both running at the same time as double screens which is so handy for my work. I only got this as a cheap pick up for working from home, and it has done me so much justice! Windows 10, and personallyI think it’s a lot faster than a crappy Windows 10 laptop I had. Downloads and installations are fairly quick. Installing the PC was really easy, didn’t need instructions to wire it all up. However I read some bad reviews on the mouse and keyboard - Unfortunately I never tried the keyboard and mouse myself. The keyboard was I think a “Logitech” one. I decided to buy my own keyboard and mouse as I liked the light up idea 😊 But if your having doubts - I’d definitely recommend this product. I didn’t want to shell out loads for a better PC that does the exact same thing. It’s been 2/3 months since I’ve had it now, and still running. I hope some of you have found my review helpful. This really was a game changer for me, but can’t promise it’ll be the same for everyone.

Ok, I think I should start off this review by saying the description of the item was wrong because it said it comes with a 1000GB hard drive but once I got the item and checked, It was only 500GB which was kind of a let down. But apart from that this item turned up fully working and packaged well, I set it up and tested it out and I was shocked on how fast this tiny PC ran because it lightning fast and I was enable to stream and play cloud games just fine without a graphics card installed. I even tested out streaming to Twitch and Youtube and it streamed to both platforms just fine and I'm pretty happy with my order so far because it does everything I need it for.The screen is nice and big but sadly it's only VGA and it wasn't a Dell monitor, The monitor I got was a NEC which is just as good I guess, As for the keyboard and mouse and WIFI Adapter they feel cheap but I can easily upgrade them later on with better ones.All and all it's great for the price and if you buy the right graphics card you can turn this into a a nice low budget gaming PC which I have now done thanks to video's I've seen on YouTube.
