Replacing some bathroom faucets and found the shutoffs were not ok for my new faucets, so I needed to replace them. These are about as easy as you could get. Took about 30 minutes to replace all 4 and no effect at all to put these on once I cut the older ones off. Don’t forget to turn your water off to your house first!

Have installed several of these the past 5 years or so and none have leaked. It is important to clean the pipe well. I add a little silicone paste to help protect the o-ring.

If you thought SharkBites were good, the max are even better. They don't have that plastic sleeve in the middle that tends to get bound up. Super easy, super strong. Used to complete dual water heater install. Easy to mix copper and PEX. Used this to upgrade the 1/4 inch copper lines to my furnaces

I purchased in May of 2021 from Amazon for $9.98 installed in minutes and still working well today.

So long story short, I removed the brass compression ring with an extreme amount of effort and while I was doing this, the copper pipe was shrinking, due to being compressed. So when I went to put a normal 5/8 OD on after the removal, it didn't fit and just slid on and off the pipe. I ordered this in desperation because my water has been off since I had an open pipe and it was too late at night to call plumber to solder on a new pipe. I popped this on in 5 secs and turned the water back on to check for leaks while testing the open and closing of the valve. It is perfection. Saved me so much money and time. There are little teeth grooves on the inside so I can see why this won't be coming off. I am not certain how the no leaking works but I don't even care at this point. Words cannot express how grateful I am. I will only ever buy these going forward. Amazon also did an amazing job by having this delivered at 740am in the morning when I ordered it just before midnight. Thank you...thank you..thank you.

Had to replace the angle stop under toilets in a lot of older homes. This is the perfect solution. No messing with glue ons or compression. Cut the old one off, deburr and slip this one on. Can turn it to match the tug of the toilet hose to reduce pull.
