Can you spray this on light bulbs 60W?

I would say no if you plan on using them in a lamp. The heat of the bulb would most likely be a problem for the paint. If you're using the bulb for a project, this spray is great on glass.

Can this be sealed with something to get a scratch proof paint job?

I haven't used mine yet but with the frost I spray a clear coat on afterwards to protect it from scratching so I'm sure this will be the same way.

Can this be used on wood

I used it on wicker. It was darker and more to the green side than shown on the lid, but there was no problem with coverage or chipping.

I want to use this on bottles that will be holding high prof grain alcohol. If the alcohol drips when pouring will it ruin the paint?

Not my expertise. But yes in my thinking it would run and etch the paint surface
