Not from my use on this nice deep angle pans to put your tube paint. I LOVE this palette. Heavy enough to not move on my drafting table as I mix watercolors together. Get buy for the cost.

"It comes with lid or cover? No. I never saw this with some kind of cover or lid. This is you use to mix Watercolor paints and after that you wash. I don’t like to let the paint dry it for use later.
