Best thing since sliced bread
This pill dispenser is an absolute game changer, it gives back control to the person who may be suffering with memory issues, we programed the timer having read all the instructions, filled the tray as per does and then when the dispencer is due to open at the programmed time I phone up and enquire if the pills have been taken, so far it's always been a yes 😀 👍 then when they ask have I taken my pills I can say yes because I heard you. If you put it near there phone you can hear it pip when they tip the pills into there hand. It also has an alarm that you can enable or disable, but always pips when it opens and pips when tipped into your hand to reset. Worth every penny

Great buy
This was not a difficult to set up as I expected, first dose came out an hour early but then adjusted to day light savings time and has worked perfectly since. If need to access meds earlier if person is going to bed early then can use the key to open up the device. Definitely gave me peace of mind that right dose at right time is released and no risk of double dosing as was starting to happen. Definitely recommend it - particularly if for someone with dementia.

Makes supporting a relative with Alzheimers a bit easier
This is a simple, sturdy pill dispenser. So far, my relative with Alzheimers finds it easy and reliable to use, and carers only need to fill it every 2 weeks. I like that it seems to be designed for extreme simplicity from the point of view of the end user. The opaque cover and the lock will hopefully stop the end-user fiddling with it.

"works a treat"
In the words of my elderly Dad who I bought it for, "works a treat". He is becoming forgetful and this not only helps him remember to take his medication but, crucially, stops him accidentally taking it more than once. It takes a bit of time to set up, but works as described and the sellers respond very quickly to queries

Best But
This is the best thing I have ever bought. My dad had terminal cancer and was on a lot of medication. This was a godsend and I would highly recommend. I know its not cheap but the peace of mind and routine it bought for us was immeasurable. I credit it with allowing dad to be safe in his home environment for a long time. I have passed it on now because it was in top condition and it has again relieved a lot of pressure for another person caring for someone at home. Its easy to use, good and simple instruction leaflet and you can fill and lock with 7 days wirth of medication

Fire hazard
Really concerned that this item has burnt out. Had it less than a year. Not sure life expectancy on it but considering cost would have hoped it would last longer. Plus this is a safety issue!

Brilliant aid for confusion at pill taking time
A family member is in need of assistance taking their pills as they get older. They’re on 8 a day and need them separating into two batches taken in the morning and evening. This device, though expensive, has been a God send. It allows me to put up to 5 pills (still in their foil, but cut into small squares) in each small section. The device can be programmed to release multiple times thoughout the day - but the more times you allow it daily, the fewer days you have before it needs restocking. We have it so it needs restocking every fortnight with two pill releases, one in the morning and one at night. If you only need one release a day then it will run for a month. An alarm goes off (sounds a bit like a telephone) and stops when the device is turned upside down so the pills drop out.

Don’t loose the key
Alarm is loud works well we also got the stand which works well . You can only put 6 days tablets in at a time mum had last tablet at 8 pm you go to fill it before 8 pm you can only put 6 day in which it’s a shame it couldn’t be filled for longer . Mum has dementia so it can be a bit hit and miss sometimes she ignores the alarm .but otherwise it works well is very sturdy . Don’t loose the key
