I had neck surgery 4 years ago, we travel. Was in St. George Utah and found the tag for this pillow where we were staying. I found the company through Amazon, so I took a chance. I couldn't wait to get it.. It did what I needed it to do. It supported my head, and neck. I woke up with no neck pain. It had no smell when it arrived, I'm ordering 2 more.

I slept on a pillow at a resort made by this company. The company told me I can’t buy the same pillow since it is commercial pillow. Which is a shame. I bought this pillow instead. I amHappy with it. First time in an along time, I actually like my own pillow BUT not as good as my resort pillow. Hence, the 4 Stars.I want to add this pillow was shipped in a box and was not compressed which I was am pleased with, pillows should not be compressed.

Pillow is great. I'm a side sleeper and has just right amount of support. Think it's the same as on Princess cruise lines.

I am generally a stomach/side sleeper and this pillow works perfectly for me. My husband is the same type of sleeper and he likes my pillow so well I ordered one for him. They are a bit pricey, but I have had such good experiences with gel foam fiber in the past that I believe these pillows will last a very long time without becoming lumpy. If I am on my back this pillow does a good job of comfortably supporting my head on the sides. I haven't had this pillow for very long, but so far so good. I expect a good long-term result.

LOVED these pillows at first! They felt quality and comfortable to sleep on- but after a month or so the pillows became lumpy.

As a side sleeper, I notice when you put your head on some pillows, you can hear the filling making little noises as you breath. This is quiet, as I discovered on our Princess cruise. And it's the same thing as far as I can tell.

I almost never leave reviews of products but for the price being charged, I thought others had the right to an honest review prior to purchasing. I ordered this because it was supposed to be the same brand and model as the one in the hotel on my last Disney vacation, which I loved. But after a week, it was flat and no amount of fluffing would restore it. Every time I laid my head down, the stuffing inside would part to either side leaving nearly nothing under my head. So bottom line, one week of great sleep and a useless pillow thereafter.
