Q: can it be used with smartphone or pc

I tried with my android, and it just didn't work. You can use it offline, with an SD card, they also provide you with a card reader. But your best bet is to use a PC. Take advantage of the 30 day Lightburn trial, as it is pretty user friendly in my opinion.

Q: can I use this to engrave a yeti cup

Yes it will burn the coating away. you have a rotary roller or rotary chuck attachment.

Q: Where is a good place to find cutting and engraving settings? Most of what I find is for the 10W

Light burn is a user friendly software than can help.

Q: Can these lasers cut and engrave acetates and TR90 plastics, such as on eyeglasses or sunglasses?

I have not tried it but u can call your engraver manufacturer and ask.
