Q: Why does the text for the micro dots say "multicolor"?

That’s weird. I have no idea why the description of the micro dots says multicolor. The package of dots I received are translucent as are all the others I’ve ever used.

Q: would it hold on forever??? like photos on scrapbooking paper??

yes it will! But only lightweight photos. I would go up a size for heavier paper / photos.

Q: Does this product come in the sheet format (like some of the large sizer do)?

Not at this time; they only come in the roll.

Q: I would like to use these on an old window as a picture frame. Will they work well for putting pictures on glass?

They are very sticky but I've only used them on paper. I'd be afraid that if you used them on glass, you would have a problem getting them off & leaving some residue after yo got them off.
