I wear this for roller derby - protects well against the very occasional, but hard, knock to the jaw. Can talk with it in and is comfortable.Fiddly to fit the first couple of times I tried, but can be remoulded as many times as you need.

I bought this to wear whilst playing rugby. Once I managed to figure out how to get the right mold- it is fantastic! I think you have to get the water temperature just right to get a good mould- not too hot but hot enough for it to be super flexible . Luckily you can re mould so definitely worth trying a few times to get the perfect fit. once you get it right it's super comfortable to wear whilst still feeling protective

Simple to do, works well

This product is brilliant, I can really recommend it. I could shout whilst wearing the guard, which is very important as my other mouth guards restricted me.

The product is fine but didn't work for what I needed it for. I bite my inner cheeks during sleep and even if the mouthguard fit comfortably I still bit. Other than that very easy to mold and super comfortable. Every other day I felt it tight but used a bit of warm water to make it comfortable again.

Usually I find mouth guards too distracting and find it difficult to breathe.This ones nice and lightweight, had a bit of a struggle moulding it right compared to the opro one i had but i prefer to wear this one.
