I have 2 indoor cats can i still use it if i put them in a next room

I would say 'no'. The bombs are pretty intense and the smoke leaks everywhere (which is what you want). . Cats are also very sensitive to permethrin. Unless you can completely seal off the room (around cracks, doors, etc.) and keep the cats some distance away and for some time, (with a (slightly!) open window or good ventilation I would be very cautious.

I live in 3 bedroom house. Do I need to do all rooms?

All rooms need to be treated although one bomb can usually do more than one room if it is placed centrally (e.g. in a hallway) and doors are left wide open. I successfully did one half of a 110 sq m bungalow at a time using two bombs. However you may need more than one treatment. Calculate the volume in cu m of the house and compare with advertised coverage for each bomb given in the instructions and purchase the requisite number of bombs.

Does the smoke get into cracks, crevices and drawers and wardrobes if they are left open?

Yes the smoke goes every where, even in draws and wardrobes, just make sure that they are empty before releasing the smoke
